MANTHORPE, a hamlet in Witham on-the-Hill parish, Lincoln; 3 miles SW by S of Bourn. Real property, £1,326. Pop., 107. Houses, 22. Bow thorpe Park here is now a farm; and has a very old oak tree, 45 feet in girth, with a hollow in the trunk capable of holding 15 persons. There are strong mineral springs.
