Rothiemay, par. and vil. with ry. sta., Banffshire-par., 9365 ac., pop. 1363; vil. (Rothiemay or Milltown), on r. Deveron, 2¼ miles NE. of Rothiemay sta.; P.O.; in vicinity of vil. is Rothiemay House, seat; the sta. is in Cairney par., Aberdeenshire, 5 miles N. of Huntly.
