Edinkillie  Moray

In 1887, John Bartholomew's Gazetteer of the British Isles described Edinkillie like this:

Edinkillie, par. and hamlet, W. Elginshire, 32,406 ac., pop. 1175; the hamlet, 8½ miles S. of Forres and 1 mile E. of Dunphail ry. sta., is on the river Divie, here crossed by a lofty seven-arched railway viaduct.

"The location is based on Groome'e description, and the church."
