Milltown, small market town, Kilcolman par., mid. co. Kerry, on river Maine, 8 miles W. of Farranfore ry. sta. and 11 miles S. of Tralee, pop. 636; P.O., called Miltown. Market- day, Monday. The river, which flows into Castlemaine harbour, is navigable for vessels of 100 tons to within a mile of the town.
