Sydenham.-- dist. and ry. sta., Lewisham par. and bor., Kent, pop. 6937; the sta. is 1 mile NE. of Crystal Palace sta. and 6 miles SE. of London Bridge. The Crystal Palace is at Sydenham, which was originally a vil. with some celebrated mineral springs.
