HILL, a township in Halesowen parish, Worcester; near the river Stour, the Netherton canal, and the boundary with Salop, in the vicinity of Halesowen. Pop. in 1851, 1, 122; in 1861, 1, 328. Houses, 256. The increase of pop. arose from the extension of the iron manufacture.
