CROCKERNWELL, a village in Cheriton-Bishop and Drewsteignton parishes, Devon; on the river Teign, amid fine rock scenery, 11 miles W of Exeter. It has a post office under Exeter; and it had formerly a chapel, which was converted into a malt-house.
