Buckny, a burn in Stormont district, Perthshire. Rising in the E of Logierait parish, it passes between the mountains of Benachally (1594 feet) and Duchray (1670); traverses, with impetuous current, a deep, narrow, rocky dell, the Den of Riechip; and, separating Caputh and Clunie parishes, enters the latter in Laighwood park, and there falls into the Lunan, after a course (SSE and E by S) of 8¼ miles.
