UGGSCOMBE, a hundred in the SW of Dorset; containing 14 parishes, and forming parts of Bridport and Dorchester divisions. Acres, 9,491, and 24,432. Pop. in 1851, 1,875 and 3,998. Houses, 372 and 782.
